You’ll fill out a short onboarding form when you sign up. Based on your goals and preferences, we’ll match you with a coach who’s a great fit.

Yes—your conversations with your coach are fully confidential. We only share aggregated, anonymized insights with your company to help them understand overall program impact. Nothing personal is ever shared.

You’re in control. Most people meet with their coach bi-weekly, but there’s no required cadence.

Absolutely. If the first match doesn’t feel quite right, you can request a different coach at any time—no questions asked.

You can cancel or reschedule sessions up to 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations count toward your total session allotment.
