After years of working in private equity and investment banking, Alex hit the same wall many high performers do — burnout disguised as productivity. Then he discovered professional coaching and everything changed. Coaching gave him the space to slow down, gain clarity, and rebuild how he worked and led. That experience became the foundation for Boon, a platform built to make high-quality coaching accessible, measurable, and scalable across entire organizations. What started as a personal turning point has grown into a lifelong mission to help every employee build the skills, resilience, and self-awareness needed to thrive at work and beyond.
