After years in private equity and investment banking, Alex hit the same wall many high performers do — burnout disguised as productivity. Coaching changed that. It gave him space to slow down, gain clarity, and rebuild how he worked and led. That experience became the foundation for Boon, a platform built to make high-quality coaching accessible, measurable, and scalable across entire organizations.
