The Impacts of Boon on Leading Tech Company, Brandlive
Discover how Boon impacted one rapidly scaling tech company, allowing its employees to prosper despite high demands and exponential company growth.
Overview
Brandlive is a venture-backed tech and software company that creates engaging, visually appealing events for some of the biggest names around (such as the Biden-Harris campaign, UNICEF USA, and the Food & Wine Classic in Aspen.)
As demand for Brandlive’s services skyrocketed, leadership wanted to make sure their employees were feeling supported in both their personal and professional lives.
The Challenge
Brandlive was in hyper-growth mode, growing by 100 employees in 2021 alone.
Recognizing that the tech industry is fast-paced and can leave employees prone to burnout, the company’s leadership team wanted to be proactive in taking care of their employees with thoughtful mental well-being initiatives that blended seamlessly with Brandlive’s position as a choice employer and leader in the new way of work.
The Solution
Boon Health has integrated with Brandlive over the past year to provide personalized one-on-one coaching, webinars, and video content that addresses employees’ specific needs, both personally and professionally.
Brandlive approached us with an initiative to kick off the new year with a wellness webinar focused on resilience as part of its Wellness Program. Resilience is a trait that we believed would be especially helpful to Brandlive employees as they tackled bigger challenges at work and learned to be nimble in the face of organizational growth. Boon’s signature one-on-one coaching focuses on supporting employees in both personal and professional development.
For personal development, our coaches worked with Brandlive employees to promote enhanced work-life balance and teach them how to better cope with stress and anxiety.
For professional development, our coaches prioritized managing employees’ stress, developing tools to work smarter, having better communication across the organization, improving leadership skills, and using resilience to unlock higher levels of motivation and effort at work.
The Results
Having been offered both mental well-being resources and career development support, the employees of Brandlive were engaged and began to increase their productivity and improve their work-life balance.
After six coaching sessions, we saw:
15 percent of users improve productivity.
80 percent of users improved resilience.
15 percent of users improved work-life balance
